|oGc| Membership Clan Rules


• Members are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship on all game servers and
• No changing to the winning team in the middle of a game, unless unbalanced.
• No Complaining, whining, or otherwise annoying others in-game.
• Verbal abuse of other players is not tolerated
• Do not impersonate other individuals.
• When playing on other clan servers, respect their rules and policies
• Members are required to use the official OutLawZ tag in games and will be worn at all
times on all servers. Color shall be in blue and to be displayed as *OutLawZ* in Quake,
or in blue as |oGc| in all other games.
• Player name can be anything you like, but must not duplicate or compete with another
member's name or have similar name combo. Each name will be unique to each member
to eliminate confusion of identity.
• Monthly participation on the field and forum
• Every member will have an xfire (PC platform), ifire (MAC), or steam account.
• Absolutely no name calling or personal attacks. Mutual respect and civilized
conversation is the required norm.
• Cheating in-game is not tolerated in OutLawZ and any discussion that encourages it on
the forum will be removed. Any member found using a hack will be dismissed from the

• Email addresses are required for mass communication purposes
• Spam will be removed at the discretion of either a forum moderator or administrator.
• Make posts under the most appropriate topic. Posts made under an improper topic will
be moved at the discretion of a forum moderator or administrator.
• No buying, trading, or selling anywhere on the forum. OutLawZ Clan is not responsible
for any loss due to any sale or exchange of any item.
• You will not discuss, suggest, engage, or encourage any illegal activites on the forum.
• No linking or posting of pornographic material.
• Each member is limited to one account. Protect your password and your account.
• Members are expected to visit the forum and post at least once a month.
• Members are required to post a BIO.
• Members are required to post, once a month individual posts.
• The OutLawZ Clan also reserves the right to ban any user, at any time, for any reason.
Moderators and administrators frequently review forum messages for those that are in
violation of the forum rules. Messages found to be in violation will be deleted without
warning or explanation.
• All messages posted (with the exception of copyright material) become the property of
OutLawZ Clan. OutLawZ Clan reserves the right to edit, reprint, or delete any posting for
any reason and without prior notification or explanation to the poster.
• Do not post personal information (i.e. addresses, phone numbers, passwords, personal
identification numbers, images) or any other information considered private without the
express permission of the individual. Respect the privacy of other members.
• OutLawZ Clan takes no responsibility for the content of any of the messages posted in
the OutLawZ Clan forum or of the authenticity of its authors. All opinions and views
expressed in the OutLawZ Clan forum are solely those of their respective authors and are
not necessarily those of the OutLawZ Clan.
• Breaking these forum rules can result in the loss of posting privileges and possible loss
of your forum account.
• By posting in the OutLawZ Clan forum, you agree to abide by these terms.
Voting Process for New Potential Members


Currently as Outlawz Gaming Clan is upgrading into its 10 year, we have in the building process pointed all membership request towards the HCM / Admin team. If clan in full protests then a the vote system will be re instated. untill then this rule stands as is till further notice (3.21.2013)

Memberships may be requested by contacting any OGC member and bringing intrest or A HCM or ADMIN will contact you direct.


Original Membership Format ( On Stand By)

• New potential members must be sponsored by at least two current members. Those two
members will explain why they believe the potential member would make a good clan
• Vote by Clan Members on member's forum page. At least half the clan must to vote for
the vote to officially pass.
• Every OutLawZ member is required to vote for new potential members. Voting is the
lifeline to our new potential members to becoming members of the clan. All of us were
voted in at one time to become a member. In return, you agree it is your responsibility to
vote on all new potential members. Exceptions to the requirements of voting will be
reviewed by High Council on a case by case basis, and must be in writing, acknowledged
and approved by High Council. Otherwise, OutLawz members who miss 3 (three)
consecutive new member votes with out written consent will be dismissed by the clan and
clan tag removal will be required. The dismissal is final in is non-negotiable.
• Each High Council member gets one veto per year, good explanation is required.
Resignation Process
• Send email to High Council (Goax or Jacknife) stating, I am no longer an
Outlawz member. No explanation is required.
• Remove *OUTLAWZ* and |oGc| from name tag
• You must respect OutLawZ High Council Members (H.C.M.) and are bound to follow
their direction and instruction.
• Passwords to OutLawZ forum member section and private Ventrilo channel are to be
kept confidential. Only OutLawZ members should know the password. Leakage of the
password to a non-member is grounds for immediate termination.
• If member chooses not follow OutLawZ Code of Conduct, he/she is a goner. He/She will
be notified by High Council and will be required to remove *OUTLAWZ* and |oGc| tags
from name. High council will decide whether or not he or she will be banned OutlawZ
related servers.
• Those who lose their membership status may re-apply at a later date, but the selection
and screening process will be carefully evaluated.
• OutLawZ H.C.M. personnel reserve the right to make changes to OutLawZ Code of
Conduct for any reason, at any time, without notice or obligation. It is the responsibility
of the forum member to check this page on a regular basis for any revisions.

New member requests that are submitted with the X Fire page will be forwarded and we will send you some policies to look over.
